After qualifying as a barrister in South Africa, Nigel D’Arcy started his international tax career with Arthur Andersen & Co and later Ernst & Young. Since 1984, his career has mainly been in financial services, spanning major insurance, private banking and trust and corporate service providers in the high net worth sector. Nigel has been a speaker on technical topics at many domestic and overseas conferences over the decades. Nigel joined Verfides in 2010, holding various developmental, advisory and operational roles over the years. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Verfides Dublin and is a Client Director.
