IRELAND – Reversion of Standard Rate of VAT to 23%
Effective from 1st September 2020 the Irish Government had announced a temporary six month cut to the standard rate of VAT from 23% to 21%. This temporary Covid19 relief measure will end on 28th February 2021, and accordingly the standard rate of VAT will revert to 23% on 1st March 2021.
